The lockout has yet to be settled, but the show must go on. Here’s an early look at the 2011 running back rankings. 1. He’s the perfect back for Houston’s zone blocking scheme. 2. Adrian Peterson … 2011 NFL Draft Runningback Preseason Rankings

Are the 2001 National Champion Miami Hurricanes one of the best College Football teams ever?
Players on that team in the NFL include-
-Bryant McKinnie-Tackle
-Jeremy Shockey-Tight End
-Phillip Buchanon-Defensive Back
-Ed Reed-Defensive Back
-Clinton Portis-Running Back
-Jonathan Vilma-Middle Linebacker
-Andre Johnson-Wide Reciever
-Frank Gore-Running Back
-D.J. Williams-Outside Linebacker
-Willis McGahee-Running Back
-Vince Wilfork-Defensive Tackle
-Sean Taylor-Defensive Back
-Kellen Winslow Jr.-Tight End
The Hurricanes scored 512 (42.6 points per game) points while yielding only 117 (9.75 points allowed per game). They beat opponents by an average of 32.9 points per game, the largest margin in the school’s history, and set the NCAA record for largest margin of victory over consecutive ranked teams (124-7)
They went on to beat Nebraska in the National Championship game 37-14
I think so. That’s why they call Miami “NFL U” I suppose. I swear the two teams around here, Redskins and Ravens, are made up of nothing but Miami Alumni.

Which players do you think will be invited to the NFL Draft this year in New York City??
I think its Ndamukong Suh, Russell Okung, Jimmy Clausen, and maybe Rolando McClain.
The Rams should have pick #1, and i’m not sure who they’ll pick. They very much need a quarterback and Jimmy Clausen wouldn’t be a bad pick at all. But Steve Spagnolo (rams head coach) is a defensive guy, and could he pass on Ndamukong Suh?
Give me your opinion!
At this points, its Ndamukong Suh. He’s the most complete player, is versatile enough to play both DT in a 4-3 and DE in any system and would almost definitely make a significant impact from day one. Probably the best defensive prospect since Sean Taylor.
The only way its not Suh is if the team picking #1 is desperate for a QB, in which case it’d be Clausen, but I’m pretty positive that it’ll be Suh.
