We are pleased to announce our next project for the Bellevue Athletic Field stadium. We are in the final planning stages of constructing a 38' high by 150' long wall of advertising behind the visitors stands at BAF stadium. This location faces our home crowd and will be a center stage backdrop during football games, track and field meets, special events and graduation ceremonies.

The center section, with a script Bellevue and Home of Champions, will measure 8' high x 30' across. This centerpiece will be shrouded by 120' of advertising signs - 60' on each side. Individual sponsor signs will measure 4' high x 8' long and will be professionally constructed. Sponsors may display up to two lines per sign (all will have RED lettering on WHITE background).

Note: There will actually be 7 sponsor signs on each side of the center section.

Total length will run from the 25 yard line to the 25 yard line.

Sponsor fees are $1,500 for one year; $2,500 for two years; $3,000 for three years.

Total construction cost (11 steel I-beams [eight 34' high; three 38' high], 4'x6'x4' concrete base supporting each beam, construction of signs, and a total of 474' of support channel and bracing; labor) is approximately $30,000. Jeff Haynes (J&H Concrete) will coordinate the construction.

Sponsor fees will cover the initial cost of this project. Subsequent sponsor fees over the next several years will enable us to accrue the financial resources to complete future projects at BAF stadium. While these projects have not yet been determined, a few possibilities include:

- a new state-of-the-art scoreboard for BAF

- enclosing the underside of BAF stadium (for athletic equipment storage)

- purchasing a new (and larger) stencil to "screen" the feather on midfield

- painting the light towers at BAF

- continued support of the BHS weight room (new equipment purchases)

We have room for 14 sponsors (some slots are already taken). Preference will be given for multiple year commitments. Price includes the cost of a $300 sign made to your specifications. We are trying to move quickly on this project and are seeking commitments by early June so that we can complete the project by early August (THIS YEAR - 2007!).
