In a thrilling game between two league rivals the Redmen went down to Shelby tonight as a heavy underdog. Bellevue proved the experts wrong however by finishing an amazing come from behind victory beating the Shelby Whippets 34-28. Bellevue’s defense was amazing the second half keeping Shelby out of the endzone while getting pressure on senior quarterback Scott Baird. The loss all but ruins the Whippets league title hopes as both Fostoria and Tiffin would have to lose one of their remaining two games. Bellevue returns home next week to battle Willard in the final home game of the season.

lost in last years Division 1 playoffs to Canton McKinnley in the Regional Finals and they are expected to be a playoff contender again this year. We also have our first web poll up so cast your vote.
